After removing the broken window from my parent while they left the job unfinished the job unfinished with a gaping 6' by 8' hole in my apartment wall opened the 2nd story cold night air overnight It's been 3 days and they still have not returned to finish the job. I'm guessing my downtown East Side address is a big part of the problem they had with me

Sent them measurements and they didn’t bother to send me a quote. Had to message several times and finally got a technician booked to come over and discuss the issue with my windows but then he never showed up!! Followed up again with the company and they gave me and a lame excuse and then never bothered to rebook the appointment! Awful customer service and unreliable.

The service was amazing. Very professional and punctual. Installers were knowledgeable and installed a window very quick. Adam was responsive and answered all the questions I had. Definitely recommend this company for any glass installation.

Sam was great! He was very quick to show up to my business and give me a quote. He replaced our glass on our door the same day! There was very good communication, and the team was professional. They addressed all my concerns and left the door looking perfect!

Dealing with car troubles isn’t always the most pleasant, but after I I left this place I felt compelled to want to review and recommend this place for anyone looking to replace their windshield. What got me in, was that they were the fastest available appointment. I can see why they have such great reviews, customer service was very friendly and was above and beyond my expectations, between the lady at reception, and the gentleman that did the repair, it was a great experience. I’m also pretty stoked about the fancy pen, and complimentary washer fluid-top-up, front-end vacuuming and glass cleaner :)

I called Crown Glass at 9am to ask for a quote on a window replacement for an exterior door for our condo building. We were all worried that the people who had broken in the night before were now able to access the building via the broken glass. They had a quote in to my inbox within 15 minutes and the window was replaced before 3:30pm that same day. Five star service, five star value.

They were very quick to respond and had a team out here to board it up late at night the same day it had gotten broken, 2 weeks later the glass window was replaced. They were very quick to respond, respectful and kind, and kept me very updated throughout the situation.
